Shopstacc is an exclusive portal for IDFC FIRST Bank customers offering an extensive range of products and services provided by Customer Capital (a third-party vendor of IDFC FIRST Bank) across a variety of categories ranging from electronics, lifestyle, home and kitchen accessories, and bonus reward points for purchases through your IDFC FIRST Bank – Credit Card and Debit Card.
These listed Products/Services are offered solely by the Merchants/Owners, and IDFC FIRST Bank is not selling/rendering any of these Products/Services.
How do I become a Shopstacc member?
As an IDFC FIRST Bank Credit Card or Debit Card Customer, you are automatically enrolled into Shopstacc. You can earn bonus Reward Points upon purchasing products using your IDFC FIRST Bank Credit Card or Debit Card.
How do I earn bonus Reward Points on Shopstacc?
You can earn bonus Reward Points on Shopstacc for purchasing any product across multiple categories using your IDFC FIRST Bank Credit Card or Debit Card*.
*Not applicable for Club Vistara IDFC FIRST Credit Card and Current Account Debit Cards.
When will I get the bonus Reward Points?
Reward Points will be credited to the customer on the 15th of the subsequent month. E.g. if you purchased a product on Shopstacc on the 25th of November, then you would get the reward points credited to your account on the 15th of December.
How can I login to Shopstacc?
You can log into the Shopstacc platform using Single Sign-On (SSO) from IDFC FIRST Bank’s mobile banking application. Following are the steps for login:
- 1- Login to the IDFC FIRST Mobile Banking App
- 2- On the Home page, scroll down to Travel & Shop
- 3- Click E-Vouchers or Shopping to explore and purchase Gift Cards or Merchandise
Why am I not receiving OTP on Shopstacc’s payment page?
Due to network or server issues, you may not have received the OTP on your mobile number. You can try resending the OTP or contact IDFC FIRST Bank’s customer support if the issue persists.
After the payment is done I did not receive any order confirmation email/SMS from Shopstacc yet but the money got debited

How many days will it take to get my reward merchandise delivered?
Catalogue Products Delivery: If the delivery address provided during the catalogue purchase is in any metro city like Mumbai, Hyderabad, Delhi NCR, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Surat, Nashik, or Gurgaon, the product shall be delivered within 5-7 working days.
In case the delivery address is in non-metro cities, the products shall be delivered between 8-12 working days.
What should I do if I want to change my delivery address?
Address change requests are not accepted post placing a successful redemption request on the portal. Please kindly check the address before confirming the order.
What should I do if the reward merchandise is found to be damaged or defective?

What should I do if I ordered the wrong item?
Once the order gets placed, the request for cancellation will not be taken.
Will I receive an invoice along with the order?
Yes, you will receive an invoice with the order which should be kept safely for future reference regarding the warranty/guarantee period expiry or for future claims if any. The Invoice can be downloaded under ‘My Orders’ in the ‘My Account’ section.
Can I cancel my order?
Order once placed on Shopstacc site cannot be cancelled. Hence, there will be no refunds possible. However, a return/exchange policy will apply.
Can I return/exchange the product delivered to me?
A product can be exchanged or returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. Products shall be eligible for exchange only if the product is found to be damaged, broken, not of satisfactory quality, or different from the one you ordered. You can return the product(s) under your order provided the product(s) are sealed, unopened, unused, and in original condition.
What should I do if the reward merchandise delivered to me is not what I had ordered OR if the product is in a damaged condition?

How do I check the status of my order?
Every order placed on Shopstacc is provided with a unique order number. Your order number will be sent through email as soon as you place the order. You can track the status of your order under the My Account section – My Orders.

How do I order an E-Gift Card?
Ordering an E-Gift Card is easy. Once you select your favourite brand, select the denomination and quantity you wish to purchase. Click on the "Buy now" button and you will be directed to the Checkout page. In the Checkout page, you will see your bank-registered email id and mobile number to which the e-gift cards can be delivered. In the next step, you can complete your payment with IDFC FIRST Bank credit or Debit cards to complete your purchase.
Where are these e-Gift Cards accepted?
Usage of an E-Gift Card is dependent on the brand's Terms and Conditions. Gift Cards are accepted in all the participating retail outlets of a particular brand. Any limitations or special cases will be specified under the 'Terms & Conditions' mentioned along with the particular e-Gift Card.
Can Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards be recharged after purchase?
E-Gift Cards cannot be recharged.
How many e-Gift Cards can I order in one purchase?
You can order up to 10 e-Gift Cards with a total amount not exceeding INR 10,000/day. In the product details page, enter the required units in the quantity field.
How do I pay to purchase an e-Gift card?
We support payment only via IDFC FIRST Bank Credit & Debit cards.
Does a Gift Card have an expiry date?
E-Gift Cards typically have a validity period of 3 to 12 months. However, the validity period might change according to the brand or retailer. Kindly refer to the validity date mentioned with the e-Gift cards delivered to you. The terms & Conditions are also available for every e-Gift card on the product details page on Shopstacc.
Are there any terms and conditions involved?
Yes, there are terms and conditions applicable, and they differ for each E-Gift Card brand. Kindly review the terms & conditions before you choose an e-Gift Card. This will give you a clear idea and help you with your decision.
What do I do if my Gift Card is stolen/ there is fraud detected in relation to my Gift Card?
e-Gift Cards lost or stolen cannot be replaced.
Are there any minimum-security requirements/precautions that I need to take with the Gift Cards?
You shall always keep the e-Gift Card code and its Pin (if Applicable) strictly confidential and not reveal the same to any person or entity.
Will I receive a confirmation after placing an order?
Yes, you will receive the confirmation through E-mail and also via SMS.
Will I receive a physical gift card?
No, you will receive an e-Gift Card which will have the e-Gift Card code, a PIN if applicable, and the validity date for the code. No physical gift cards are sent.
Can I extend the validity of the e-Gift Card?
Validity of the voucher cannot be extended once issued.
Can I cancel my e-Gift Card order?
E-Gift Card once ordered cannot be cancelled.
Will I get a refund if a wrong e-Gift Card is delivered?
If you find that the wrong Gift Card has been delivered to you, contact us immediately to get the issue resolved. e-Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

I have purchased an E-Gift Card, but not received my bonus reward points
Bonus points for E-Gift Card would be credited to you on the 15th of the subsequent month of purchase. Example – if you purchased an E-Gift Card on the 5th of January, the bonus reward points will be credited on the 15th of February, and will reflect in the statement accordingly.
